Embedded Media Support for Next-Gen Joint Force Experimentation In 2021, VIDS Corp. served as the only non-DoD embedded media and strategic communications team supporting Project Convergence, the U.S. Army’s premier initiative for advancing joint all-domain operations and next-generation force integration. Project Convergence 2021 (PC21) brought together military services, technologies, and international partners to test and refine how sensors, data, and autonomous systems can work together to deliver faster, smarter decisions across the battlespace.
VIDS Corp deployed a dedicated on-site team for over 60 consecutive days, providing full-spectrum visual media and messaging support throughout the exercise—with a primary focus on HMIF robotics and Use Case 3.1. Exclusive Embedded Media Coverage – Operated as the only non-government team embedded within PC21, providing real-time documentation, storytelling, and field-level access. High-Impact Content Creation – Captured and produced photo, video, and narrative assets centered on robotics integration, autonomous logistics, and mission-focused experimentation. Strategic Messaging Support – Developed tailored messaging for program leads, technology partners, and stakeholders, aligning with broader Project Convergence communication goals. Stakeholder Engagement – Supported briefings and content used to inform senior leadership, program offices, and external audiences about the outcomes and opportunities emerging from PC21.
